Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any bets on nnnko. By using this platform you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the nnnko online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated services, games, features, promotions and content made available through https://nnnko.org and any related mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nnnko ("we", "us", "our", "the Operator").
By accessing or using any part of the Platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or simply browsing the site — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and should close this page immediately.
These Terms should be read alongside the nnnko Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which together form the complete agreement between the Player and the Operator. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and other policy documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2. Eligibility Requirements
To register and use the nnnko Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. nnnko reserves the right to request documentation to verify eligibility at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.
- You are at least 21 years of age. nnnko operates a strict 21+ policy and does not permit minors to register, deposit, bet or withdraw under any circumstances.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
- You have not been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion period currently in effect on your account.
- All registration information you provide is accurate, complete and up to date. You agree to notify nnnko promptly of any changes to your registered details.
Age Verification
nnnko may request official identity documents at any stage to verify that a player meets the 21+ age requirement. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending verification. Any funds deposited by a player found to be under 21 will be returned via the original payment method and the account permanently closed.
3. Account Registration
Each individual may register only one account on the Platform. Multiple accounts held by the same person, whether under the same or different names or contact details, are considered duplicate accounts and are strictly prohibited. nnnko employs technical and manual verification processes to identify duplicate accounts.
- You must provide a valid mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication and important account communications.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
- nnnko will never ask for your password via email, live chat or phone. Any communication purportedly from nnnko requesting your password should be reported to [email protected] immediately.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify nnnko immediately.
- nnnko reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account restriction or closure.
Players who discover they have accidentally created a duplicate account must contact nnnko support immediately at [email protected]. nnnko will merge or close the duplicate account and transfer any balance accordingly. Players who knowingly operate multiple accounts for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or circumventing restrictions will have all accounts permanently closed and all balances forfeited.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the nnnko Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). nnnko does not apply currency conversion fees to player transactions. The following deposit and withdrawal terms apply to all players.
4.1
Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit on nnnko is ৳200. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay are credited to your account balance within seconds of the mobile wallet transfer confirming. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard are subject to standard card processing times. nnnko does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are the player's responsibility. All deposits must be made from accounts or cards held in your own name.
4.2
Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 10 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be subject to KYC verification before processing. nnnko reserves the right to request documentation confirming the ownership of the payment method before releasing a withdrawal.
4.3
Payment Method Restrictions
Players may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited. If nnnko determines that a payment has been made from a third-party account, the transaction will be reversed, the associated funds frozen pending investigation, and the account may be suspended. Using nnnko for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
nnnko reserves the right to impose transaction limits on any account at any time, including daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps, for responsible gaming or fraud prevention purposes. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits via their account settings.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
nnnko offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms and any specific terms attached to each individual offer. In the event of conflict between general bonus terms and offer-specific terms, the offer-specific terms shall take precedence.
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded, had their accounts restricted, or are subject to enhanced due diligence procedures may not be eligible for bonuses.
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated on the promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Welcome bonuses are for new players only and cannot be claimed by existing account holders.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between players. Sharing, selling or trading bonuses is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
- nnnko reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of cancellation will be honoured subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- If nnnko suspects that a player is attempting to exploit bonuses, manipulate bonus terms, or engage in bonus abuse, nnnko may void all bonus funds, withhold associated winnings and close the account.
All promotional terms, including wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds, time limits and maximum bet restrictions, are published on the relevant promotion page. Players are advised to read all offer-specific terms before claiming any bonus. nnnko's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
By placing any bet or participating in any game on the nnnko Platform, you agree to comply with the specific rules of each game or betting market as presented within the Platform. The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all products.
6.1
Technical Failures
In the event of a technical failure, network interruption or platform error during a game round or live bet, nnnko will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and honour legitimate bets placed prior to the failure. Where a round or bet cannot be completed due to a technical failure beyond nnnko's control, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance. nnnko's liability in such circumstances is limited to the return of the original stake.
6.2
Voided Bets
nnnko reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds, on a suspended market, as a result of a software error, or where there is clear evidence that the bet was placed with knowledge of the outcome (for example, late bets on concluded events). Voided bets will have their stakes returned to the player's balance. Winnings derived from bets subsequently voided will not be paid.
6.3
Cricket Betting Specific Rules
For cricket betting markets including BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup and Bangladesh Tigers internationals: all match bets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended or declared a no-result, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Over/under and player performance markets are settled on the statistics at the time the relevant period of play concludes. DLS-adjusted results are accepted as the official result for settlement purposes.
7. Responsible Gaming
nnnko is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming facilities are available to all registered players through their account settings.
- Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
- Session time reminders: players may set reminders that alert them after a defined period of play, helping to maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
- Cool-off periods: players may apply a temporary break from gambling of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, the player's account remains accessible for withdrawal purposes but no deposits or bets may be placed.
- Self-exclusion: players may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players who self-exclude and subsequently attempt to open new accounts will have those accounts closed immediately.

8. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nnnko Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and referral to the relevant authorities where appropriate.
- Registering, accessing or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing any person under 21 to access your account.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, tax evasion or any activity that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law.
- Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities or glitches in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of software errors will be voided.
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform, place bets or participate in games in a manner not intended for human players.
- Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption in relation to sporting events offered on the Platform. nnnko cooperates fully with sporting integrity organisations and will report suspicious betting patterns.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing nnnko staff or other players through any communication channel associated with the Platform.
Consequences of Prohibited Activity
Where nnnko determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited activity, nnnko may immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets placed in connection with the prohibited activity, withhold and forfeit any balance remaining in the account, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate. nnnko's determination of prohibited activity is final and binding.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
nnnko reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any player account at any time. Where possible, nnnko will provide notice of suspension or termination and the reason therefor. However, in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, prohibited activity or urgent security concerns, accounts may be suspended without prior notice.
- Accounts may be suspended pending investigation where nnnko has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity or any other irregularity.
- Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending the outcome of any investigation. Funds will be returned to the player if the investigation concludes no breach occurred.
- Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any balance remaining in a voluntarily closed account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements.
- Dormant accounts (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee. nnnko will notify the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. Players may reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in.
Upon termination of an account for any reason, all accrued rights and obligations survive termination to the extent necessary to give them effect. Specifically, clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited activities and governing law shall survive account closure.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the nnnko Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and the overall design and arrangement of the Platform, is the exclusive property of nnnko or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The nnnko name, logo and all related marks are trademarks of nnnko.
You may not reproduce, distribute, display, sell, lease, transmit, create derivative works from, translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise exploit any content or materials on the Platform without the prior written consent of nnnko. Unauthorised use of Platform content is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nnnko's total liability to any player in respect of any claim, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to their nnnko account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. nnnko shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort or otherwise:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
- Any loss or damage arising from the unavailability of the Platform, interruption to service, technical failures or delays, whether caused by nnnko, a third-party provider or circumstances beyond nnnko's reasonable control.
- Any loss arising from a player's reliance on information, odds, statistics or results published on the Platform that contain errors or inaccuracies.
- Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to maintain adequate security over their login credentials.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
nnnko collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail what data we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, who we share it with, and the rights available to you in respect of your personal data. You are strongly encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully.
13. Changes to These Terms
nnnko reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, nnnko will provide at least 7 days' notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, notifying registered players by email. The effective date of any revision will be displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and nnnko, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be escalated by contacting nnnko's support team at [email protected], where a senior member of the team will review the matter and provide a formal response within 14 working days. nnnko's formal response constitutes the Operator's final position on the dispute.
